Some of the people here are great. And some I wonder if they can even turn on half the things they sell.

Bought a service plan on my cell phone and two months later i dropped it and it wouldn't turn on an more, brought it back to best buy and they gave me a brand new one. Service plans on the cell phones are a must have!

Their return policy is cryptic and they push you to buy extended warranties on everything. Don't really seem to know much about the products either. Might be okay for buying a cd or something but wouldn't buy anything you might want to…
